[FREE Guide] The 7 Ways To Stop Annoying, Daily, Irritating Neck And Shoulder Pain.
A Personal Message From Specialist Physical Therapist, Eric Bloom…
Specialist Physical Therapist
When it comes to living with Neck and Shoulder Pain, everybody we see wants to know:
“Why is this happening to me?”...
“Why am I still suffering with neck and shoulder pain after putting up with it for 6 months - sometimes more?”...
Most people think that when they get neck or shoulder pain, the pain is going to go away on its own. They think that they’ll wake up one morning and like “magic”, it will be as if it never happen. Then, 6 months later, you’re still living with nagging pain even worse than it was when it started.
Does That Sound Like You?
Another scenario we see all the time in our clinic is when people go to the doctor and they get told to rest and “try these painkillers” and “see how it goes.” Then, 6 weeks later, they end up going back to the same doctor again because it hasn’t got any better, only to be given ANOTHER prescription of even stronger pills. Has That Ever Happened To You?
Maybe you are confused because you’ve been told different things by different people. Maybe you think you have a neck problem, but it’s actually your shoulder where the problem is. It’s a very confusing part of the body, and this often leads people to procrastinate and put off making a decision about what to do to help fix their pain. Unfortunately, many people just end just accepting it as ‘part of life’ - as if it’s normal and “has” to be that way.

"Thank you for taking a complete interest in getting my angry hamstring muscles loosened up and by making the supporting muscles around the hamstring stronger. When I found Eric’s office, I couldn't walk after some severe tightness in my hamstring from playing tennis and I had a New Orleans 1/2 Marathon coming up in a couple weeks and the Madrid Spain 1/2 Marathon. In just a few short weeks after the New Orleans, they took on the challenge to get me ready to run and get back on the court and they were successful at both. What impresses me the most is, his whole office is interested in getting their patients back to their activities with a fun and friendly environment. They listened to my concerns, targeted the problem muscles, and created workouts to strengthen the supporting muscles. He always had a program planned for my next visit, but first asked how the muscles were feeling in between trainings to determine if needed he would incorporate something a little different than planned."

I'm 51 and very active (golf, weightlifting, mountain biking, running, and more), and met Eric Bloom on a golf course (he's good!), and found out he did PT in the East Valley. I figured I'd go see him to help my stubborn elbow recover from surgery for a bone spur and arthritis, along with various aches and pains from a lifetime of athletically abusing my body. Helping with my golf swing was an added benefit!
I had never tried, or even heard of, dry needling before, but after Eric treated my elbow, it magically came around in a matter of weeks, after being tight and sore and painful for months post-surgery. I couldn't believe it! He then turned his attention to areas of my back, hips and legs, and the impact was similarly fantastic! I can't say enough about the procedure, and Eric's expertise in it!
In addition to the dry needling, Eric and Frank have put me through and given me a variety of core and functional exercises to help with my strength and stability while playing golf, and other active movements. It is really helping me feel better overall, while greatly reducing the aches and pains associated with everything I do.
I can't recommend Eric Bloom, Frank and the entire practice any more enthusiastically. It truly has been life-changing for me!
